Very responsive and interested. Spoke with Mary, who began the process. Brad was amazing! He asked pertinent questions, made an initial assessment and quickly was on site. After initial actions he presented a plan to address the cause of reoccurring issue. Communications across the board have been excellent.

was here in about 30 minutes, went straight to work and if we would have just called them we would have saved ourselves 100.00 , we tried to fix it ourselves, but next time we willl just call them.we recommend this business thank you for fixing our plumbing.

This is the absolute best plumbing service I have ever used! They are prompt, fair and honest! They just left my house after being called for low water pressure - after 10 minutes they found the water spigot in the front had been left on (Lord love grandchildren) would not accept any money. They have done everything from cleaning out my main line to installing water heater and fixing leaks. If you want someone who is honest call this company - you will not be disappointed!

I recommend Roto-Rooter of Murfreesboro, Tennessee. I called on a Sunday and they were out in less then an hour. The man knew right away what needed to be done, he did it in a timely professional manner and he was so nice. He had to dig in my garden and he tried real hard not to damage anything. I appreciated that. I will call them again for any plumbing needs.

My biggest compliment would be that Roto Rooter was very professional and arrived in a timely manner. The price for the quality of work was way below what I expected it to be. I would recommend them for any plumbing issues that you may have. One thing I especially liked about my service man was he put on shoe covers before he entered my house.
