Nice and friendly My Great Grandson is being born here.his parents awaits his early arrival.

Why is it that it takes Nine Hours from the time my niece arrived until they left...for a child with a fever, dehydration, and vomiting? In an Emergency Room!? Did they offer ANY help while the child sat and screamed and threw up on the mother? Nope. Nobody offered anything. And why was it they couldn't even get an IV in a one year old who was dehydrated after THREE PUNCTURES. They never were able to. What kind of managers, and staff do we have in Murfreesboro. I now have no idea where to take a young child? Stonecrest...reviews stink. Williamson? Summit? What the heck is going on? Maybe if a lawsuit is brought against staff...St. Thomas will wake up. Watch your back...these emergency room people might kill you, as they "treat" your loved one....especially a child. Sad....and frightening. The courts are pretty clear on this type of behavior and have many times ruled IN FAVOR OF THE NEGLECTED CHILD AND PARENT. Call an attorney and make them pay.

The ER experiences with my children have been great, but once we were moved to a room on the infant floor it was difficult to find a nurse and my son's IV had to be reset when his hand swelled excessively.

Not a bad hospital. They were very good to my mom when she was there for 3 weeks. ICU nurses were fabulous!

I was visiting family in Murfreesboro and had an accident. I walked into the ER not knowing what to expect. Long wait time? Uncaring staff? Etc.. I was pleased to see that every single person I encountered was pleasant, efficient and knowledgeable. My experience was 100% top notch, and I was in and out in about an hour. 30 years in the medical field has shown me a great great about patient care, and if I lived in Murfreesboro I would not only work at STRH, but I would be proud that they serve the community with such quality. I highly recommend this hospital.
