I had intentions of giving Scrivens a bad name on here....but apparently, he's already given himself a bad name! Google Scrivens waste disposal reviews and you will see! He continually bills us for services we never received, and it took him 6 months to come pick up his trash can! He never calls back, never emails back. He is just plain RUDE and I'm honestly surprised he's still in business. It's been over a year since I had service with him, and he STILL sends bills. My advice, stay away from this company! And if you're in the position I'm in, make a complaint with BBB, and go to the daily news journal and see if they will run a piece on this POS practice. Ridiculous.

This man has collected money from me for years and has often left my garbage can half full. Many complaints have yielded nothing but an arrogant attitude and snotty remarks This guy is everything but professional. Be smart and avoid this stinking company. Me acrid vena is a scum bag

The review below was obviously written by Scrivens. It's carbon-copied on every review website. I guess he needs someone to like him, even if it is himself. How sad. This person dumps trash in the street, then calls his customers making threats. And whatever you do, don't give him your card number! This man needs psychological help and anger management, with his reverse racism.

Why would this man "Glenn" call them in the 1st place? I have had service for over 5 years and he has never called me. Now I do pay on time and put my can out at night. I bet every customer who does that has no problem at all with this company or their service

I am living a nightmare with this company! I hired them last Aug and the fee was $15 a month or $45 per quarter. When I needed a special pickup I was quoted a $3.00 fee. That was fine, they picked it up and all was fine. Then in May I needed another special pick up, he again quoted a $3.00 fee. I set everything out and it was picked up. However, this time he sent me a bill for two different amounts. The top portion was for the special pick-up and the fee was $27.50. The bottom total due was $46.00. I call him, which took several calls to get a call back and he screamed at me, calling me a racist mfer among many other things. I just wanted to know why he thought he could jack up the charge after the pickup. He did not pick up my garbage after that. The lst pick u was the end of May even though I was paid through June. I hired Eagle Waste Management to pick up in June, and I moved June 22. I just got a past due notice today, Aug 13. I now live in Florida..

Stay away - horribly rude and offensive. Bad service too

I have had the same problems with this business I cancelled my service by phone in november for the january billing cycle.I called mid january to follow up and left message the last day of febuary they ran my ATM card without permission.When I contested it with my bank I received a call threatening court action I again asked him to get his trash can and to date 3-7-12 the can is still on my property and i received another bill 3-6-12 I have been in customer service 15 years and would never treat a customer with such disrespect I had to rate as a one because there were no negative numbers

These people probably were past due on their bill again. For some reason those are the only people that trash us!

Bad Business, never can get a person on phone take three days or more to receive call back. No one helpful. According to these guys the garbage can they supply you cost $1200.00 each. Have they never heard of Lowes, they are around 300.00. I have asked that they pick up the can for over a month, it still sits in driveway. I still receive bills, and now have told me they are putting a LEIN on theproperty I rent over 69.50. I am unsure what the bill for 69.50 is for, they have picked up the trash once since first week of April. We left the can out at street for weeks, thought they would pick it up. The owner is of no help, all he wants to do is threaten people with LEINS and Lawsuits. I understand he has a business to run, however there is a proper way to conduct business.
