They are a great friendly company. Tim is very friendly and respectful.I would recommend them to anyone.

I was broke down on the off ramp and even though I had no money they still helped me tow the car to safer location I would refer them to anyone and I'm so grateful to them it made me feel so much better that their still is people willing to help and not expect something in return THANK YOU SO MUCH

A Nice Gentleman Jermey, came out to Tow my Ford Focus on July 26th to Ford Service . He was very Nice and Helpful. He and I had Great Conversation on way in. He was very Professional about the care of my car when loading it. He also opened the passenger door for me and helped me into his truck, I give this Young Man a A+ for all . OMG they are a GOD SENT BLESSING!! I am so glad I called! I needed towing and a regular mechanic probable would have charged me a arm and a leg to diagnose and fix the car! I'm a single mother of three with little car knowledge, most mechanics throw me quotes that are very high for any car issues I have. JASON saw the issue and had the car running in minutes and it didn't even need towing!! Jason you are such a honest and upstanding man and I appreciate you so much. Tim (Batman) was a God send tonight! Even though he had to use his bad knee to kick my tire off he did what he had to do!! I will truly say that he put his best foot forward or I guess I should say he put his best knee forward :) to get the job done!!! I will recommend this company to anyone!!

We were just dropped off at our destination- can't say anything negative at all; our tow guy Tim even tried fixing our flat before towing so we could avoid the hassle of having him tow us. Very cordial, and extremely timely. Our roadside asst. insurance quoted us 70 minutes for the truck to show up, he was there in 10. Can't say much besides THANK YOU.

So you all have a guy by the name of Tim working for you and I have to say he is the best I have ever worked with. He has towed me a few times and has been the most professional person ever. Even went as far to tow me to a gas station and put gas in my car. He is the best I have ever worked with. You all have employeed a great person.a real super man!

My Lexus had been stuck in the ice and snow on a soft grassy area. Wesley Ford was prompt getting to me, he showed up within 30 minutes of my call. He explained to me the process and relieved me of all anxieties concerning cost and possible damage. My car back on the road in no time. I should have made Southern Belle Towing my first call.
