Initially they seem ok to with, but watch out for the hidden charges and them revealing conditions of the loan while you are signing. ESPECIALLY if they tell you on a house note that they didn't work in the taxes and insurance and "not to worry about it, we can do a small loan when they are due." Making out like they will do you a solid by loaning you the balance of the taxes and insurance. When it comes time to pay that, they say they can loan you 500.00 when you owe like 2000.00.



If you are late, and not by a significant amount of time and trying to catch up, they will call you several times a day and even come knocking on your door. They will work with you if you owe a small amount or are behind a small amount but if you get more than a month behind they threaten to sue you for the full amount due and lawyers costs. This is by direct order of their District Manager. You will have to get a loan from family or friends or a title loan to your car. They will not work with you to pay partial payments to catch up when you are in financial strain.



I am getting out of their loan shenanigans and will NEVER recommend them for even a 100.00 loan to anyone. They are a financial institution and are bent on high interest rates to screw you but charge you more and more the longer you stay. RUN, don't walk away from these people RUN.
