I have been appalled by how this company has handled things. I initially moved to rent with the intent to buy in my area. I moved to an area that was highly sought, and I was desperate. The day I was to move in, I called the company about my house rental, and they "forgot" to look at, clean, and address the house of the previous renter, despite me having all my things loaded and ready to move in the home I was promised. It was a week later, with things in a rental truck, all my utilities on, which they were using, that they finally made my home livable. I was not reimbursed for anything. In the meantime, I have had multiple issues in my rental home, and out of 10 of them have I gotten a positive response once. I have rented from many different places In my lifetime, and NEVER have I come across such appalling, unprofessional workflow and people. I'm so thankful to no longer be affiliated with this company, and I feel compelled to shared my story, because it made my life SO miserable.

Each time I walk through the door of T Wright Properties, I am always greeted with handshakes, "Hellos!", and warm friendly smiles that make me feel welcome and appreciated! The office staff, realtors, agents, department heads, and the owner are all class acts!

Every technician I have been in contact with, whether it be a painter, plumber, electrician, landscaper, carpenter, etc have always seemed well qualified for the task at hand. Each one always friendly, courteous, respectful, and knowledgeable. And they use Advanced Carpet Cleaning out of Smyrna, TN who is the number one rated carpet cleaning company in our area according to yp.com.

It's always good to find a family owned and operated company who takes pride in what they do. 2 thumbs up to TWP and the individuals behind the company name!

And if i ever find myself in a place in life where I will need someone to manage my rental property, I'm calling T Wright Properties who I have come to know, trust, and respect!

Oh! Rumors have it that Batman hangs there........but I haven't seen him yet!!!

My experience with T. Wright Properties was a great one! Everyone was always very accomodating, polite, and professional anytime I have ever dealt with them. I would definitely refer any of my friends or family to T.Wright, they're AWESOME!

T Wright Properties has bee wonderful to us since we moved into one their houses done all the right things especially maintainance when we have a problem it get took care in a timely manor good job

Bought a lot 1/2 acre lot from T Wright and had a house built on the lot. they were very helpful.

Terrible. Every time something went wrong with our house, they would say they were sending someone that day. After about a week passes with no one showing up or calling us or anything, we'd have to call again, only for them to tell us the same thing. "Oh we'll send someone over there today to look at that" Then they wouldn't. And if someone finally did show up to fix something, they would half fix whatever it was and then call it a day and never come back and fully finish what they started. This is by far the worst property management company I have ever gone through, and I will NEVER use them again, for anything. All they do is lie.

We had a piece of junk rental and they all knew what was wrong with the house before we signed the lease. We paid $300 deposit and after the year was up, they claimed we did all the damages and forced us to pay even more. Before we moved in, i had my brother paint the whole darn thing just to make it look better.The guy that shows, shawn, will not even talk to you about the damages, just because his dad owns company, he just sends you to another person, who knows whats wrong with the house as well, but wont admit thats the way it was before newcomers moved in. They accused us alot of times of not having our yard done by a lawncare service, when on the lease, WE were to take care of it ourselves, and we did. They NEVER fixed what was to be fixed, we had to do it all OURSELVES, no matter how many times we called them about problems. There was constantly cops over at the place and we called the realtor a bunch of times to tell them thierselves, that we were not the people they were looking for, but they didnt ever do it. we had to go back and forth at it, till the cops stopped coming. When we were moving out, they were showing the house before our stuff was out, and expected the place to be cleaned. YEAH RIGHT. When moving, it is NEVER cleaned. And shawn was always rude to us when he was showing the house. All the people we have spoke to up at the realtors office were rude and nasty. We will never do business with them again, and I feel sorry for the next ones who fall for thier traps

I've had multiple properties with Taylor Wright's company over the last 5 years. His tenant support helps me retain my tenants for years. The operations and maintenance teams stay on top of my properties needs without over-maintaining. With properties in several other markets I can attest to the fairness of Wright Properties pricing and the quality of the personnel and management. I wish I had this company to service properties in a few more markets. I had some severe damage to a house that was under different management. Wright Properties took it over, acted as General Contractor at no cost, and got my property back to usable condition all while the tenant was in it.
