Not happy with this agency. Paid money to have a service. The PI became lazy and substitute served someone in the same home instead of the person he was supposed to serve. The Judge did not find that reasonable b/c the individual that the papers were intended for could say that they were never given the papers. secretary was unorganized and did not communicate information to PI.
