Don't live here. Don't rent from MMC- The person behind the curtain is just a avaricious jerk whose incompetence and lack of communicative and business acumen has become their motto.

We've been living in these apartments for 4 years. This last month we were under the impression from their website that we could pay online. Clearly, this is a joke & they aren't advanced enough to have this as a workable feature, only a big red template on every page on www.mmcproperties.com. Being the last day to pay (5th) we are now late for payment since this neat feature is inoperable. I decide to call and try to find some resolution.

After all, we're good tenants and never have had this happen.



A lady with immediate brusque communication skills answers the line. I explain the situation briefly and that I'd like to speak with someone concerning this. Her apathetic mannerism is loud as she informs me that a boy named "Hunter" will call.

Two hours pass. Not a word from anyone.

I call back and this same lady with the same curtness answers, "He called you and left you a _really_ long message!"

I never got a message or a missed call.

Transfers me to this contemptible jackass named Hunter. He begins by lying to me stating that he called me back, "...even says your name on your voice mail". I've had this line since 2008, my voice mail has never been changed and never has said my name. He never called or had any intention of doing so.

Aside from that, this kid was a real piece of work and makes it very clear he doesn't care about his tenants.

Errrhm, his mother's tenants.

Yeah, so after finding out that this is really just a spoiled brat who clings to his mother's coat tails it all makes sense.



We were late since we thought we had an option to pay online. It's one thing to not want to make a one time exception, but it's another to talk to a customer of yours with such disrespect.



These are some of the worst apartments. They are not only going to screw you when given the chance, but they sit in that substandard house they call an office and act as if they are doing you a favor.



Aside from that:

Carpet is frayed at both entrances into the living room exposing sharp nails or staples. The original lease shows that it's been like this since move-in. They LET you move in with this hazard! (Not their feet, they don't care.)

Break-Ins: Watch your surroundings! You are in between not one, but TWO section 8 type apartments.

Neighbors: I hope you like loud music. Ours do. They like to sing too.

Floods: The ditch that they have implicated doesn't work. It's clear it needs to be cleaned out and worked on. The WHOLE parking lot gets flooded. I hope you have full coverage insurance.

Bugs: Like camping? They've replaced that seal around the front door once for us. Apparently, they don't supply them with the budget to get adequate tools.



Overall, they are cheap and they aren't ashamed. Not just the environment, but their attitude is cheap too.
