Stacy from Murphy's Realty assisted my broker with my out of state CA home purchase. She patiently waited while i did a complete home inspection. She was even willing to wait until the 11th hour on my signing the final purchase agreement until i flew back home and showed my wife all of the pics i took and the inspection findings. Murphy's is the best!

I have bought and sold a number of properties during the last 50 years but have never had as good an experience as dealing with Randy. He helped make our recent purchase of our new home in Murphys about as simple as possible. His knowledge and little bit of input from us led us almost immediately to a house that was perfectly suited to us. If anyone needs a realtor, Randy would be a perfect choice.

We worked with Hana to purchase a vacation rental. Hana was very easy to work with and very knowledgeable. She was thoughtful and didn't rush us. She knew exactly the right property for us and our needs. When we found some issues after the inspection, she arranged for an independent contractor to get a second opinion and was able to renegotiate the price to reflect the work needed. I have no hesitation in recommending her. Thank you!

Hana was very prompt in handling all matters affecting this transaction. My buyer required a short term escrow and Hana made sure that I was able to get all of the disclosures needed in time to close escrow. Will be more than happy to work with Hana again.

Every time I call them with an issue, they are ready and willing to help as much as possible. I've been treated very well by them and this is definitely one of my better renting experiences.
