I ordered O2 yesterday, and this is the 5th time they did not deliver my O2. I am stuck at home, on the concentrator most of the time because I am afraid to use O2 and run short, I am getting a lawyer.

I was a Lincare client and dealt with the Murphysboro branch for several years. While I did find the people at this branch to be very polite and friendly they did not do a very good job at communicating to me the cost of my CPAP machine and did very little to talk with my insurance company to help alleviate some of the confusion involved in paying for my CPAP. This lack of competency and communication cost me over $2000 over a two year period. I was completely misled about the money I owed and how much insurance was supposed to pay on my CPAP machine not once, twice, but several times. When I had questions about my bill that I received I was told that they make the proper calls needed to make sure I was being taking care of and that Lincare (Murphysboro branch) would find me some answers and call me back. I went in several times and NEVER once received a phone call with any information that would help me in any of my inquiries. I can't speak on behalf of Lincare as a company just the branch I dealt with. Lincare the company admitted to me that this branch made several mistakes and apologized to me for all the financial heartache I experienced and did give me some of the money back that I lost.

the group in murphysboro are the best team of people on our planet!!! they are always there when you need them 24/7 all year long. and also check to see your needs are always put first even before there own family and social life!!! what a super group they are. keep it up lincare of murphysboro.
