On Valentines day 2012 they delivered my husbands gift basket to the wrong house and left it on the back porch of this house ALL DAY. I had to call them at 5 that night and ask where it was. The delivery guy was wandering our neighborhood trying to find our house and finally delivered it at 6:60pm...it was ordered at 8:38am Meanwhile, my husband ordered an arrangment for me, that morning, unknowing it was the same florist I was going through. He ended up having to go pick it up just before his was delivered to the house. We were both disappointed with the vase having no ribbon there was not card in them like he'd requested. Personally I don't feel they can handle the demand of holidays such as Valentines day. Many in my office have used Cherry tree and ended up calling Willson's in urgent need to get an arrangment to someone and have the cost of 2 b/c Cherry Tree's errors or lost orderes. There is talent in this shop, but they need to get it together! Hands down worst service I've ever experienced. Take your chances, but you are better off with Willson's, Flowers by Whitney or Kroger!

Holly & her staff are very efficent and reliable. I always feel confident when I call from out of town to request service from Holly. She does beautiful work!!!
