I ordered from the American Fork shop. The flowers that were delivered were not the professionally arranged flowers I ordered based on the picture at the website. The only similarity was in flower colors. The nice triangular design was not done and instead the sprigs of flowers were just stacked one on top of the other. When I called to speak to customer service, I spoke with Julia who replied that the arrangement was exactly as the picture at their website and there was nothing she could do to correct the issue. She repeatedly talked over me as I attempted to explain the difference in stacking the flowers one on top of the other and creating a more appealing triangular shaped design. (I expected a floral designer to know basic design techniques.) Her customer service was unbelievably rude and she actually hung up on me.

Flowers seem to be of good quality- they last a while.

They are much more affordable than Jimmy's or Art's.

Employees are always helpful. -they will put whatever you want in a vase and make it look dang good.

They did something really special for my wedding. Well, the floral part of it, anyway. Flowers were just too beautiful. I felt as if I had nothing to worry about from the very day I came in for my consultation. The girls that work there are very cool and nice and do outstanding work. Great job, flower patch, keep up the good work!

Fantastic Service. I was very pleased with my sons' corsage for the Prom. The prices were good compared to where we normally go, too. Ended up buying flowers for my Mother In Law as their display case was so cute. wish i would have given this place a chance sooner, as my son is now a senior, and corsage pricing is phenomenal. Did i mention, ? the staff here is awesome. really listen to you and make good suggestions.

I needed a small bouquet for my bridal photos. I ordered them over the phone and when I went to pick them up the teenager that was behind the desk didn't say hello or anything she just asked me what I wanted. I told her I’m here to pick up my bouquet that I ordered. She didn't say anything she just sighed and walked to the back. She came back and said that she couldn't find them and I had to re-explain that they are ordered and paid for. She sighed again and walked back and then came back with them. The flowers (I ordered white Cal lilies and Roses) the roses had black blotches on them and the lilies where already wilting. She handed them to me and walked away. Horrible customer service!! It was a freakin joke! Their flowers are horrible and obviously not fresh and the people there should all be fired. And that’s the nice way was putting it. I will never ever go back there!!! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone! Go somewhere else that doesn't waste your money.

Flower Patch did ALL my flowers for my really BIG wedding. I ordered bouquets, boutonnieres, corasages, centerpieces, and etc. They did it ALL and it was BEAUTIFUL!! And I got so many compliments. Thanks Flower Patch!!
