absolutely worst buying experience ever! it started from the minute we agreed to buy it. We purchased it Saturday night at closing so I drove back down on Monday to sign the paperwork. They didn't listen to my wife when she told them she wouldn't be there and processed the loan and all the paperwork in both our names. Prior to purchasing my wife noticed a blind broken and the salesman promised to replace it. It took 45 days to replace and numerous followup calls. During our walk through of the trailer and prep the technician did not secure the ladder for the bunk bed. During transport it fell off the bed and caused damage to our wall. I get home with it (45 miles away) only to find out they gave me the wrong keys. The final straw is they never bother to get our plates order. Our temp plates expired on July 16 as of July 15 they had still not been ordered. Finally, they just randomly charged my credit card $500.00 took over a week to get the charge reversed.....buyers shop elsewhere
