Over the years I have purchased 7 mattresses from this store. I have been more then pleased. Tom will bend over backward to ensure the buyers satisfaction. The mattresses are of the same high quality of more expensive name brands. The only difference is a name brand sticker embedded on the mattress. Tom is a good and honest man a Vietnam veteran of the highest integrity.

PURCHASED A MATTRESS FROM TOM ARCHER A/K/A MATTRESS FACTORY OUTLET. HE ADVISED IF PROBLEMS, JUST BRING BACK AND WOULD BE REPLACED UNDER WARRANTY. 2 DEEP CRATERS DEVELOPED AFTER ABOUT A YEAR. HE RENIGGED ON ALL PROMISES--COMPLETELY MISLED US. ALL MONEY LOST. TERRIBLE SERVICE--DID NOT RETURN CALLS, GAVE MISINFORMATION AND NEVER PROVIDED COPY OF WARRANTY. DON'T SHOP HERE!!!!
