I've had two visits with Dr. Charles. I have no qualms with his ability and work. However, his professionalism leaves a lot to be desired. He is easily frustrated and acts out by throwing instruments. He is not friendly or warm during procedures and does not communicate progress or procedure.
If you don't want warm and fuzzy, this is your guy. Me? I prefer someone who acts like I'm a paying customer and not just another person in the chair. A doctor without patience is a doctor without patients.
