The staff upfront was extremely friendly and helpful when I arrived and this was my second time there they've always been wonderful and got me in right away. Dr. Bach took a lot of time with me and listen to me. He know of my concerns and was very helpful in prescribing the correct treatment. The treatment has paid off wonderfully. My sister also uses him and he has been wonderful with her also as well as her little boy.

Dr. Bach Nguyen is the best family doctor we have ever had. He takes his time to listen, he is extremely knowledgeable. What one of the previous poster said is not true. We have been with him for years and are extremely happy and extremely content with the care we are receiving. Our wait time experience has been anywhere from 10-20 minutes which I think is normal for any office visit. He is the best doctor hands down. I could not recommend him highly enough! It's not about the money for him. He is serious about his profession and his advice he is giving to his patients is spot on. He is also available on weekends by phone. If there is anything urgent I can text him and he will text me back within a reasonable time frame.

Dr.Nguyen is an amazing Dr. He is very professional and his staff is just as great. Very kind and professional. There is not always a wait in the lobby but if there is it is because he is giving someone the time that is needed and it's always given to you in the office as well. I'm extremely happy that I finally found a Dr. I can trust with my health and my childrens.

Dr. runs office like an urgent care. Doctor doesn't read chart or know his patients, gives unnecessary tests, doesn't address issues unless its a cookie box solution and impossible to get through to this office by phone or to make appointments. Doctor needs to be an HMO office where patients don't know better.

Nursing staff and front desk are extremely rude, entitled and right away give off the impression of not caring. Its pointless trying of make an appointment because they NEVER pick up the phone. Also be prepared to wait at least an hour past the appt time EVERY visit.

Dr Nguyen takes his time with you and no question is a bad one. He is very personable and takes a keen interest in you when it comes to your health. Also, he doesn't keep you waiting forever in his waiting room. He calls you himself to give you the results of any tests that were done on you. So much nicer than either an impersonal letter or hearing that "everything is OK" from one of his staff.
