First, they don't do a documented walk through with you. Which upon move-out, you learn (the hard way), that they are going nickel and dime you out of normal wear and tare. They didn't have the carpets cleaned before we moved in, nor was there any paint touched up. There were literally large nail holes in the walls from the previous tenants hanging pictures, some even still contained large nails/even screws. There was evidence of pet damage along baseboards and carpet. When we moved-out, they again did not do a documented walk-through and then proceeded to not only keep the deposit but charge additional charges for paint and carpet replacement and cleaning. Parking is ridiculous, and so is the fact that your kids can not play outside without complaint.
