I made an appointment on Monday for Friday (their first day open after COVID closure ) with”Katie”. I advised her I had used their services in the past. I arrived on time on Friday & was told I did not have an appt. I had been assured my appt was firm.
Obviously not too efficient & more expensive than most.

I went in here for a pedicure out of inconvenience instead of where i usually go. Horrible mistake! when i told the owner not to cut the side of my big toes, she insisted on cutting it causing it to bleed! instead of apologizing, she said it happens most of the time but it would be ok soon, "its better for me." the pain wouldnt stop throbbing for days!



i called in after 2 days and spoke to the owner's husband on the phone about what happens, he said they are the professional, i am not, they run their business however they like, but give it a few more days and it will heal on its own. how many days is someone supposed to suffer after a pedicure?! He told me that if i come in the next time to speak up. I've already did and his wife was not a very good listener! I am never coming back. This place haunts me!



I have already sent in my complaint, doctor prescription, and pictures to the State Board for the infection this place has caused. I am sorry but Elite Nail & Spa can disregard courteous customer service if they would like since its family owned, but they cannot be causing pain and harming clients!

this place was great! wonderful staff, amazing service and great prices! this place is just wonderful!
