The Murrieta ofc of Health Scan is awesome! I have come annually for several years as do my elderly parents and have always been treated with respect and professional courtesy. Specifically, Tiffany, who is the epitome of patience and kindness to all who who call and walk in--numerous phone calls, requests for scan copies, making timely appts, calming pts before their procedures. I listened to her in the waiting room and don't know how she does it. She is a gem! Further, Paul, the scan tech is a very calming and professional presence and helped me tremendously with my concerns, making me comfortable, explaining possible contrast dye effects, and making sure I was 'okay' before leaving the scanning room. He is a true professional and I thank him for his 'patient bedside manner.'
Bravo to this group of professionals and to Dr. Kelly for his own stellar radiology reports as well as ownership of Health Scan! I appreciate you all. Cathy G.
