Jerome’s furniture
We bought an electric recliner love sear in October 2019. It was not even a year old before the console broke. The repair technician (RT) came out and fixed it. Not too long after that (still within the year store warranty) the seat padding seemed to disappear. We had the RT come out again to check on this by this time the console came apart again and the dye from the leather was coming off. We had been conditioning it like we were told to but it didn’t help. The RT said he would put in the repair ticket/parts order but due to covid it would take longer to get the parts. It wasn’t until April the parts came in. The RT came out and fixed the seat padding but didn’t do the console because he didn’t have the screws to fix it even though he said “he reported it the last time he was out” also he didn’t fix the leather even though he said “he reported it the last time he was out”. By this time it was after the store warranty and they said they wouldn’t cover it even though the RT put in the repair ticket in October 2020. They told me to call the extended warranty. Well, they wouldn’t cover it either because we didn’t report it with in 5 days. How could we? We had been working with the store warranty because it wasn’t a year yet.
I will never, ever buy from Jerome’s furniture again and I will protest it and put it on every social media platform until it is resolved!!!

This review is specifically applicable to the Jerome's in Murrieta, CA.
We were met at the door by Bill Boyd. He noticed that my wife and I were Seniors with some mobility problems. He answered our questions and we purchased the Recliner I had selected on line. The entire process went smoothly.
Our Recliner delivery encountered a problem when the driver's GPS took him to the wrong street. I was able to speak to him on the phone and lead him to my street and my house with my Golf Cart. The set up was flawless and I was soon enjoying my recliner.
I shop only at Jerome's and am totally satisfied. If you want quality at a reasonable price and Five Star service you will love Jerome's in Murrieta. I of course will always ask for Bill Boyd, the gentleman who treated us like valuable customers, and is the epitome of great Customer Service.

We bought living room and dining room furniture.
We bought the 5 year warranty and were told our damage was not covered after calling 6 times with no return phone call! We wanted to buy an adjustable bed but will not ever shop there again!
They gave us a number to fix the furniture they sold us after only 3 years😖

We purchased out furniture from the Murrieta store. Renee Trevino was the sales associate who greeted us right away and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. She was so patient and attentive. Genuinely friendly and not pushy. We never felt pressured or obligated to make a hasty decision. Ultimately, we were very happy with Jerome's Furniture and would recommend it to others.

Great Service!
My experience was fantastic. Found the love-seat,chair,accent chair and entertainment recliners perfect for what we were looking for at a VERY affordable price. The salesmen Junior was amazing and very helpful, but not overbearing. They let us roam the store without pushing sales on us. Quick process, we were in and out within an hour after making our decision .It was great - will be returning to Jerome's for my future furniture needs.

Santo is one of the managers at this store and if you have any questions or needs he's quick to please. Griffin a sales associate and mattress expert also very knowledgeable and helpful. We bought a new bedroom set and I'm extremely pleased with the quilty and service we received. I would recommend this store to all my family and friends.

I spent 25 minutes looking around Not One person asked to help me. They were too busy doing nothing talking to their kids that were hanging out and playing on their phones it wasn't until I was walking out I finally said something. They told me they had a rotation system

Bull they were all doing nothing I'll never go in thei again I was going to buy a new living room and bed too bad they won't Ever get my business

Dont waste your time. They have been very unprofessional about everything. First it was 30minutes from when our furniture was supposed to be delivered there was a call that the credit card we used was not approved then we waited all the next day to get our furniture that was supposed to arrive early in the morning then changed to late afternoon then finally at 10:11 PM we get a call that they are still on their way.

Will not bother shopping wjth jeromes again, not worth the horrible customer service.

No Returns

I will never buy from them again! They have a no return policy. Yep, that means everything. I bought a mattress pad to go with a bed I purchased. Got home and found I didn't need it. Walked in to return it and they said NO! The store has a no return policy. if it was any other store there would be no questions asked. I would have had a credit to my account. Buyer beware.
