I dropped my car off at Temecula Hyundai because the paint on the front bumper was peeling "factory defect" and they sent it to Bill's to be repaired and repainted. They had my car for three days the first time and when I went to pick it up there was rubbing compound in every nook and Crack on the front of the car, swirls in the paint and dust all over the interior of my new car. Honestly that is not even the worse part as they did not even repair it correct they just taped everything off and painted the bumper but removed the tape before the paint was dry so the edges were all jagged and missing paint in areas. The kicker is that they sent it back to Bill's for a second time and after another three days I picked it up this morning and there is a run in the paint. It's tough because I want it to be right but I can't afford to keep giving them my car for a week at a time. Everyother body shop I have been too has someone that QCS every car before it leaves and most wash them as well.
