Staff are just horrible people!! They are rude and should not be dealing with kids. They only care about $$ and basically you feel that in just a phone call. I wish I went with my gut and didn't just try them out. My kids all complained that the staff was mean to them and my daughter said she actually heard them saying mean things about mommy. I asked a few questions and I guess this made them upset. Geez! How inappropriate to talk about a child's mother in front of the child. No I don't want my kids drugged up if they aren't scared of dental work!! This place just pushes sedation/ nitrous just so they can make $$.
