Founded in 1958, Murrieta Elementary School serves more than 900 students in kindergarten through fifth grade. The school offers a variety of facilities, including a multipurpose room, cafeteria, library and computer laboratory, staff lounge, administrative offices and two play areas, one for kindergarten students and one for students in grades one through five. Murrieta Elementary School operates a parents-teacher association that sponsors and funds for various activities, including music center performances, school field trips, spelling bee gifts, family fun nights, dances and book fairs. The school is a part of the Murrieta Valley Unified School District. Murrieta Elementary School is located in Murrieta, Calif.
