This place is horrible. They say they are pet friendly but the pets need to be approved. If you have a dog and someone complains about the barking, even if your dog doesn't bark much, they make you get rid of your dog or move. Almost all the teenagers in the park do drugs. Even though you pay space rent, they tell you what you can and can't have on your own lawn or porch. If they don't like the way your flowers or plants look in front of your house or walk way, they make you fix it. Most of the people in the park are not very friendly and gossip all the time. the people will complain for everything: your car being park in the street, dogs barking, cats in their yard, kids too loud, accusing people of looking in their mail. Police and ambulances are always coming to the park. About once a week. Some of the kids here are dirty. Parents let the do whatever they want. Not supervised. Never buy a home at murrieta palms. It looks nice and may seem nice at first but you will soon see how it really is. I have learned from experience.
