So I accidentally post a review for this place, fairly upset that I was charged twice the amount for a shipment than I should have been. I posted it to the wrong google yelp and yellow pages sites and had left a message for the owner (still wrong place) like an idiot.

I was upset and didn’t realize there’s more than one post-related place on California oaks. My mistake. I apologized and immediately tried to be nice upon finding out...

This woman calls me around 6-ish and proceeds to speak to me in a demeaning and rude tone to tell me I had the wrong place. She scolds me and then had the nerve to tell me that the other place has the right to charge “retail” price for a shipment. A 2 lb package going to Portland Oregon from Murrieta California does NOT cost $22+. If UPS quotes me around $10 who do these places think they are to charge over DOUBLE that!?!?

ADVICE FOR POSTAL ANNEX+ if someone messes up and writes reviews/leaves a voicemail for the wrong post place... instead of being short, rude, and scolding when you call... how about being polite? Or even trying to explain to me that you’d be a better establishment to do business with.
