I upgraded my wedding ring and a diamond fell out one month after I bought the ring, they wouldn't help me out and they promised to re-size my ring up to a year after to purchase and when I went in to finally get it sized, they told me I was a liar and that they never re-size rings for free. The owner is rude, terrible, and very unfriendly. If you want terrible customer service and a crappy jewelry service, then you should check out this place!
