Whenever I have a question about my association Voit always helps me and they are friendly too! I have been in a other association when we had our house in San Diego and association company was rude and never helpful!

My experience with this company was great! The person who answered the phone, customer service, answered all of my questions and then got back to me when she did'nt know the answer to a question about making improvements to my property. I have been in a couple of associations and I know that it is hard for the management company to get people to comply with all of the rules. Most peope think that they can do whatever they want in an associaton. But there are legal documents that have to be followed to protect the property values. I think they were helpful, honest and cared about my questions.
