Bad customer Service

Purchase a SUV in Texas, I was told the warranty company was a good comany and they would take care of any issues. Well after I notice the warranty would not pay the rate the dealership was asking I cancel my contact. this was back in Feb 08 its now April 08 and still I have not received a refund. The Warranty Company tells me the VP will get to it when he gets to it. No time frame. Nice professionals that work there. Right now still no $1100.00 dollars.
