I went to autozone on Avalon ave in Muscle Shoals today to by a battery for my key fob for my car. The sales girl was nice but didn't know how to open the key fob to find the battery. She said "just a moment till Randy gets off the phone." I didn't mind waiting and was trying to get the fob open myself. (I finally got it open myself) When "Randy" got off the phone, the sales girl proceeded to say "Randy can you open this....." He shouted back "no I'm going to lunch." By this time I had it opened. Randy walked right past me out the door. I found the battery I needed and told the sales girl how rude that was and I expected more from their employees. The salesgirl couldn't even ring me up because she needed Randy's password for register. An opened pkg a new battery placed in the key fob and then going outside to test it I returned back inside where finally another man had a password and was able to ring up my purchase. He asked if I needed a receipt and I replied "no thank you and I won't be back." Also they didn't appear busy only 2 customers in the store. I just wanted to say I work with the public and the customer service at autozone today was rude and unacceptable.
