Innovative in their marketing and superb in their services.

I had heard of L Spa when they were in New Berlin. I tried them a few days ago and loved my services! I had a cut and color with Heather and a gel manicure with Hanna. The place and staff are beautiful. I felt great after going to L Spa, I highly recommend it. One of my favorite things was, they can make you a latte. Yes. I said latte! L Spa looks, feels and smells like a real spa, I can't wait to back in two weeks.

I highly disagree! The atmosphere was peaceful and beautiful. The girl that did my pedicure took her time; took off old polish, shaped my nails and asked if I liked them and needed any adjustments, then helped me pick out a new color and painted. The staff was all very nice, friendly, and helpful. The price was just right for the service and the job they did. I would highly recommend L Spa and I am definitely going back!!

Aweful service, aweful pedicure. The person that did my toes didn't shape them, cut them way too low for summer, they hurt, the paint job stunk, I was sweating it was so hot in there, the atmosphere was nothing to rave about & the price for this pedicure was unreal. Other places charge the normal $25.00 & give you a foot massage, most take their time with painting the nails, etc. This person seemed hurried & I would not go back.

I was looking for a place near my boyfriend's house, so I just searched yellowpages.com. I saw that L Spa had 13 reviews and 5 stars, so I thought, let's try it. I didn't call ahead, but the receptionist was SO helpful and checked to see if I could get my toes painted right away, and yes they could! The atmosphere is beautiful and relaxing; it really feels like a spa versus a nail salon. The woman who did my paint first shaped my nails, took off all the polish, and had great ideas on what colors would look best with my French paint. The prices are more expensive than most nail salons, but she did an excellent job. I'd highly recommend it for a job well done!
