Pet owners need to know our experience with Muskegon Animal Clinic & Dr. Lelli… My wife and I brought our healthy Labrador for an annual check up… Lelli gave her a large amount of injections (several other veterinarians told me later on that was way too many for her old age). Our lab got very sick after the injections. We brought her back due to our lab’s violent reaction, Lelli gave her additional drugs. Our lab’s organs shut down… We carried her in in our arms to Lelli’s clinic on an emergency basis at 9 am; he wouldn’t even come out to talk to us or see her. His staff said “come back at 3pm”… Now desperate, we brought our dying lab to another vet… Lelli’s office refused to send over the X-rays and her medical records to the vet… The new vet said “she’s so far gone, she may not survive emergency surgery” and ultimately euthanized our lab… I wrote a letter to Lelli outlining in detail how our lab was treated and he refused to contact us. Or even refund our very considerable costs.

one of their employees told me that "kennel cough" can show symptoms in 12 hours, while two other vets told me the incubation is 10 days !!! I am concerned with their employees giving out false information.

I've been going to the Animal Clinic most all of my dogs life's and even through surgery and loved how they took care of my dogs and loved them to!! they are very reasonable and caring to!! they always pay attention to what your saying and that's whats most important i think!!

I've been going to the Animal Clinic of Muskegon on Apple for over 20 years. I've always found them helpful and caring. They also listen when you talk to them. The treatment has always been professional yet comfortable. They talk to you not at you.
