So far I've had the complete opposite experience as the previous reviewer with the customer service. I went out there today to get into my storage unit and the man that was working on moving snow away from the units hadn't gotten to mine yet, but he went out of his way to immediately come over and clear all of the snow away for me. He was very polite and also helped me when my lock wouldn't latch thanks to some ice build up. Used to use uhaul, but never again. All workers were very rude and barely made eye contact with me. When they cleared snow from the drives they just packed it up against the units, causing me to have to shovel my way into my unit.

Storage facility was clean and dry. Customer service was the worst I've ever experienced! I wouldn't recommend using them to anyone!
