John and Adam hooked us up! (Literally!!) They were both very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They answered any questions we had, no matter how big or small. They kept their work area and our home clean. In two days we received a new furnace, heat pump, and water heater. I would recommend Lascko anytime! I wouldn't except anything less from such a great company.

Adam and Frank Lascko Installers were very professional in their job.
Even thought there were here 3 1/2 hours they got the job done.

We had been trying to hire a plumber for four weeks to no avail. We called Lascko expecting to be placed on another waiting list. Imagine our surprise when they were here within a day. Their technician, Matt, rebuilt a bathroom faucet and replaced all of the old plumbing under the kitchen sink. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional as well as courteous which, as senior citizens, we truly appreciate. He set us at ease immediately.
I will highly recommend Lascko in the future - don't waste your time or money on anyone else.

We just had to have new hot water heaters and a new air conditioner installed. These are words no one wants to hear, but Lascko made it easy and affordable. Once the appointment was made to have the work done it was just as easy. Cory, Dan O and Adam N made it seem as if this was the simplest thing in the world for them to do. They were here on time and got right to work. They kept us informed as to what was happening. When it was all finished they gave us a lesson in how to use the new systems and left instructions in case we forgot something. They laid out runners to keep the carpets safe and the area where they worked was clean and tidy when they were finished.

This is a new house and area for us. It is so comforting to have found a company that we can trust to take care of our plumbing and HVAC needs.

Joel, my technician was very professional. My equipment is old, like from 1997 old 😀 but he never once pressured me into feeling like I needed to buy something new, right now, today. He gave me written quotes and helped me set up a free inspection for my furnace to get a quote as well. Very good company. Would recommend and use again.

They will charge you $50 to give you a very expensive quote. You would do better to contact an independent plumber. They quoted me $750 and I had an independent plumber do the work for $245. Their pricing is designed to get you to join some kind of monthly membership that you do not really need.

The answering service of Lascko Services is great and the technicians are great also. Every one in between are great. Such a good experience.

We hired Professional Home Improvement of Grand Rapids to remodel or home.Next we have to take them to coart.They screwed up almost every thing they touched and lied to us every time we tried to talk to them.When the bath tub faucet fell apart and the hot water knob fell off we had to call a good plumber.We called Lascko and they fixed all the problems with the plumbing.Lascko is the only plumbers we will trust from now on.We learned our lesson
