Rushed nail job, not worth the $30 they charged. I will never go back, only 5 days in and my nails are lifting

$46 dollars wasted on a pedicure. I spent extra for the best of the pedicure options and definitely was not worth it. They rushed through it and did a horrible paint job. Was going to get a manicure, but after I saw the job on my toes I just left. Plus, the color selection on shellac is very slim. The one color I had chosen they didn't even have. I won't be back.

They act like salespeople working in commission. They constantly pressure to upgrade your service and get more services. I understand offering other services, but they are pushy and it's uncomfortable.

julie is the best one there. I highly recommend her pedis and her shellac nails.

Back in the summer myself and 2 other friends made an appointment with 3 specific people. When we got there, we were told our appointment did not get written down. Had to wait about 45 minutes for our people, and then they sent one of them to a walk in customer and we had to wait even longer.

Today was de-ja-vous. After calling on Friday to make the appointment, and confirming it yesterday (Saturday) we went in today (Sunday) and there was nothing on the books about our appointment again.

We waited again and my massage was completely done before my friend's pedicure even began because the girl who was finishing the top coat of one client was then sent to a walk in hair cut appointment before us.

On top of this all, we were charged full price.

Both times they were very apologetic but it's obvious it does not matter because this is twice in a row, and the 3rd time total. NEVER AGAIN.

Instead of walking out relaxed from enjoying a pampering, I am furious and all wound up!

Paid $25 for a light foot rub... don't know how you can call it a massage... and she stopped at least 4 times to answer phones and talk to walk in clients

i.e., A local favorite, or highly recommended becauseI used to go through them but Will not go back. Van did my nails and 3of them are crooked, there are air bubbles under them, he didn't even fill the gel on my whole nail, plus he kept pushing on the side of my thumb so hard that it started bleeding right after I left. After all that I still had to pay $45.00. Not to mention that he was very rude. His phone was a lot more important than I was, his customer! That is UNACCEPTABLE!! I had them done 6 days ago and they are already starting to come off. I have been there many times, but after this I will NEVER go back there again!! They should be ashamed!

i have there four times in the last three years and only had one problem but the next time i went in there they fixed it. the service is great and if we get overcharged they credit us for something else like a 15 min massage. i have taken friends there and they loved it, because they didnt feel awkward like most places do. plus the best part is that the nail polish stays on and nice for about eight months.

i have been there four times in the last three years and only had one problem and that was when i wanted french tips on my actual nail and he painted the whole nail. but the next time i went in i had him again and he fixed it. the prices are a little high but the service has been great if they overcharged us we got a credit for something like a 15 min massage. i have taken groups there and they loved everything that they got from the great service. plus the nail polish stays on and looks nice for about eight months.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE service. Never ever go... They charge a rediculous amount for bad, horrible, aweful work. They cannot speak english so can never understand them ever. Stay far away. HORRIBLE HORRIBE HORRIBLE. I had to rate them but they dont even deserve a star
