No longer a fan. I have received good service in the past, but today I went there to replace a wheel barrow tire that had blown. I had purchased the wheel barrow from them. When I told the associate what I needed, he took five minutes to bring me an inner tube and a new tire. Sorry folks, I guess I've become a wuss but I expected them to put the tube and tire on the rim for me. It didn't happen. My point is they talk customer service but I could have purchased the same Chinese products at the box store two minutes from my house and accomplished the same task for less time and money.

These guys (and girls) are great. All the benefits of a small-town hardware store with the added bonus of the Ace selections. Friendly, helpful, juist good people!
