Honestly this place is horrible. Didn’t even get my ride either. Been waiting for over half an hour for a ride that I called in. Ended up calling the company again and the guy on the phone was very crappy with me about it all. I thought I was being nice and polite but apparently I struck a cord with him or something. This is all not good especially due to this was my last resort today in order to get to work. Maybe it is all for the best for all I know. Still just a major pain. Kinda wondering now why they are still in service if they are this unreliable. Also they don’t possess a means of tracking for when your cab is expected to get to the pick up spot. Even during that second call I asked for an estimate for when it would be to my place, but I was just given some smart ass comment. I guess thankfully I didn’t spend my hard earned money on this business.

It is hit and miss when calling them for a ride. Tonight I've been waiting for over an hour and fifteen minutes and the cab still isn't here. I've had great friendly drivers and I've had a driver who stunk so bad it made my stomach turn. He also undressed me with his eyes and was a-very uncomfortable experience. I've also had an incident with one driver that tried overcharging me using his-meter. Too bad I use a cab a lot and know how-much that trip runs. He was trying to charge almost double. Man answering the phones tonight was very rude. Asked how much longer after waiting all this time and was told "when he gets a cab this way, in this area, it will be there." Muskegon is only so big. Even on a busy night with calls ahead of me they should of been here by now. Very Dissappointed tonight! Would like to give a positive comment for Harvey who is always on time, reliable and holds a good conversation. I recommend asking for him if you do call for their services.

I called and the guy who answered was very rude don't think I'll be using them anymore I don't know how they stay in business

The Driver I had smelled horrible and the can was very dirty.
