Bad: Customer service was terrible. I reserved through Expedia, so I dropped by in a.m. on way to event to ensure the room would be available. I was assured it would be ready and available. I came back at approximately 4:15 p.m., exhausted, and the room wasn’t ready. I was told it just needed to be mopped. I checked after 30 minutes and was told it was ready, but that they had forgotten about us. Twice I called down to the front desk and I was answered discourteously. The pillows are uncomfortable and the air conditioner is loud, but it drowned out the noise in the hall, so that was good.



Good: The General Manager heard about the situation involving my check-in before I complained, so she apologized and gave me a partial discount. The hotel is clean and the rooms are nice. The breakfast is good. They have hot and cold items, good selection



Conclusion: If the customer service improves and the noise level isn't bad, I would use this hotel again, but, I would bring my own pillows.
