Do not work for the buckle, I cannot stress this enough! The new manager Catie Young is a total .......yeah. If you do the smallest thing wrong she will be in your face SCREAMING at you with her finger in your face in front of everyone to see and then take you to the back and continue for another 30 minutes over literally nothing. Just a control freak. She falsely accused me of stealing a watch with ABSOLUTELY no proof and fired me for it-didn't bother to check the camera footage either. It's amazing how poorly someone can treat you when given authority. It's also amazing what they say about the customers once they leave-stunning. They lie to people when first hired and eventually the truth comes out but only after you are committed to the job. People cried in the back on a daily basis from the stress of being forced to try to sell something to someone after they have already said NO, like you weren't doing your job if they didn't buy a certain amount. It's horrible.
