Amazing Pediatrics office. The staff is super friendly. When your child is a patient at a busy office, you may have to wait, but you are most definitely cared for. Dr. Whatley listens to the parents, listens to concerns regarding vaccines, PLAYS with the children, and KNOWS them personally. With any docs office, you can't always just walk in... so I feel like these reviews are because of one bad experience.. This place is amazing! Have we had to wait a few times.. of course. These doctors are in demand, therefore, they try all they can do to see the patient.

They have a lady there by the name of kim, she is rude and hateful. Talks about patients outside of work. She has no business being around children. My kids will never go back to this place. HIPPA laws lady!

I have been going here since I was a baby and now I take my son there.
The doctors are all fun and very good with Children but they also know what they are talking about. Clean, polite people, all together a BETTER place to go.

Don't use this clinic. Wait times are extreme. We've spent up to 3 hours in the waiting room before even though we HAD an appointment. Most of the staff have a I could careless attitude, and for the whole 10 mins we get to see our actual doctor our time got intruded twice by other staff members. The worst thing however was today. Though out the MANY problems we've had with this clinic we've stuck with them, and have NEVER been rude to any one about the waiting. My daughter now 6 has been throwing up, and we've spent all night on the bathroom floor. When I called to see when I might be able to take her in they informed me they WON'T see her today. I asked if I can just show up as a walk in and they said NO. They told me too take her to muskogee ER if I really thought it was that important! I have plunty more I could write but Honestly turning a sick child away.....a child that your office had cared for since the day she was born is by far the worst thing any doctors office could do, and they had no problem doing just that.

I needed a refill on my child's meds. They needed me to make an appointment to have them re-newed. They knew this last month when I called in the re-newal, and again a couple hours ago when I called the script in. With four pills left they wanted me to take off work without giving my employer any notice to get the meds refilled. Obviously I was upset. After speaking to the office manager, Debby, she agreed to refill the script. I said okay, but after this I will be finding another doctor. Now because I have refused to go there anymore they won't refill the script. Good thing I have already found another doctor! I am reporting them to the state. I am not even sure that this is legal! Not to mention you will wait FOREVER to get seen, and I have never found their staff very friendly. They simply have WAAAYYY to many patients!!

I was treated like I was incompetent and incapable of making my own decisions regarding the timetable of vaccinating my children. Dr. Stratton refused care to my infant in an obvious act to bully me into getting my baby shots after waiting an hour to be seen. No explaination or anything from the doctor!
