As a former student (attended twenty years ago), I think Connors is an affordable option for college. However, their service is lacking. Now that my daughter is attending, I am disappointed in the overall helpfulness of office staff. I have had a difficult time reaching the financial aid office by phone. To get service, it is best to go directly to the office. Some employees and student workers have been friendly and helpful, but not all. As a parent sending their child to college, I would have had reservations had I not been a former student myself. As far as instructors and the classes offered, it has been great. They are still a great option for school, but I have found it frustrating at times. I went to college six years and acquired a Masters degree, I do not remember having this much trouble finding helpful staff or getting service at either institution I attended.
