As the year ends, I think of people and businesses that helped and those that hindered our progress. Eva, Sharon, Tonja and Hailey are on the "helped" list. The ladies are usually my first contact of the day and the last people I see before going home at night. I appreciate the positive attitudes and the many times they have gone the extra mile!
