The apartments are overpriced, dilapidated, serious maintenance issues are chronically neglected(like broken A.C.'s & MOLD), and the manager, Gene, lies about just about everything and the owner is always unavailable. This is how they treat renters who pay rent on time for 5 years and get no complaints from neighbors. I'm disgusted by Foxcroft Villa's current management. I was forced to move due to maintenance problems in May, promised a return on my deposit in 7-10 days, today is July 8 and I still haven't seen a penny of my $500.00. Don't rent at Foxcroft.
