andy hayes is a good lawyer after my dad passed and i have been short on money he is still representing me trying to keep me out of trouble my name is mitchell booker

I'm currently in Turley half way house. I did a year at mable basset nd I had my daughter there. Andy represented me. He told me I was getting 1 year treatment nd six months county jail. The day I went for sentencing , I had my five yr. old son with me, The DA , sentenced me to a split 20 yr. sentence. Even though He did everything he could it hurt to go to court pregnant with my five yr. old with me thinking I was going home that day nd instead I went to the county jail nd then prison. God saved me. Now I work at The hyatt regency tulsa nd I'm doing really good. I am ready to be released from the halfway house so I can continue my new life...

Andy Hayes has zero ethics. He actually told my x that he could get full custody of my 4 year old that had lived with me his whole life. My ex had no home, not been involved in my sons life, criminal record, and was living with his gf who had felony drug charges. Had this happened my child may have ended up DEAD if my son was to live with him. He actually took me into trial to fight me. A loving mother with a college degree, married, & stable home and to my face called me a bad mother in court because when my x waLked out on us with my infant son and left us with 20 cents in the bank I had applied for food stamps so he said I couldn't financially support my child. My x was behind on child support when I had applied. The judge was in disbelief and said he wanted to hear no more. I won my case. But what could have happened if I lost? My son would have went over there, swallowed meth, and died for all I know! I'm appalled. Andy brought two frivolous lawsuits to a hardworking, good mother, struggling to support her child, which I had to pay thousands for representation. He is a horrible human being and if there is a hell he is going there.

Andy Hayes is a fantastic lawyer! I cannot say enough good things about him and his office staff. I was absolutely never harassed about money! Of course if an attorney is giving you their time, you expect to pay them because that is their livelihood. Andy and his secretary, Magan, were always very prompt in returning my calls and really went to bat for me. He did his homework and research and honestly cared about me as a client and keeping my son safe. I would definitely use Hayes Law Office again and recommend him to all of my friends!

It's horrible to think someone would write such a review about Andy or Hayes Law Office for that matter... Iv'e used them for many different things and have always been pleased with my service!! Of course they expect you to pay your bill just like any other buisness would, there services are NOT FREE!!! They are great people and do an AMAZING JOB!!! Pay your bill and your services will be wonderful don't pay your bill and you will not get service just like every other place in this world!!! :) I would suggest Hayes Law Office to everyone I know!!!!

I regret the day I met Andy Hayes. He harrassed me constantly about money. He talked more about money than my own case! He was doing absolutely nothing for me and actually seeked other lawyers for advice...it was embarrassing! I fired him and in which he got mad and sent me a $1250 two months after I fired him for 'professional services ' no other description or explanation and I was left paying it because his father owns the lawfirm and I couldnt fight it. So basically he got mad that I fired him and he sent me a bogus $1250 because he was mad I fired him. He knew ex broje my jaw and left me with nothing and didnt care!just please let this review spare people trouble by avoiding going to andy hayes office
