Ok Carls came out and his tech broke 60 ft of cable in my main line. They proceeded to tell me that my line was broken underneath my house and i needed to have it located that i had major problems. charged me 100 dollars and left. I called Plumbco to come out and he had there line out and fixed the problem within the hour. So i called Carls back and his response was oh good they got my cable out. What a prick. WARNING do not use Carls Plumbing. Freakin joke!!

took two trips to fix my sink $300 later it is finally fixed. owner very chauvinistic of women.got very hateful when I told him I should not be charged for second visit.don't waste your time on these people or your money

Call someone else - it shouldn't take two trips to my house to fix a toilet. I would have done it myself if I would have known i'd have to take off work TWICE for this. But I'd rather not crawl around under a toilet.
