DO NOT SPEND ANY MONEY HERE!!! My husband has been a very loyal customer for the past 2 years with this company. We got married this summer and I relocated here so naturally I started using the same dry cleaners. Well, I took in a blouse that I had worn just 1 time, and it came back ruined. i could handle that part of it, but when attempting to have something done about the blouse we have encounted the worst service, and witnessed the absolute worst business practice ever. No phone calls will be returned, and our attempts to see the owner in person are blocked. The customers of Allbright have the right to know that if there is some kind of issue, thier concerns will at least be heard. The clueless lady at the desk, collecting clothing, who claims it is her first day...you can only use that excuse 1 time when you have a person in front of you who has been there for 2 years and heard the same story the last time there was a problem. She is no more the desk clerk, thank I am the Queen of England. When my husband did finally speak to the owner on the phone he told us to bring the blouse back and he would send it to a specialist to see if the blouse was faulty as he claims or if it was his fault that something was spilled or splashed on it. That was 2 weeks ago. My husband has called every day for a week....still no return call....He went in again today....still not available....desk clerk, still clueless.... So I will post again tomorrow if this is still not taken care of, and then the next day....and the next, and the next......
