My first time at this restaurant was to say the least pleasant. The lady that cashed my order was professional & welcoming and the food was great too. I definitely will stop by the next time i'm in the Myrtle Beach Area!

Just left Allens Food Basket. There's a new owner & new cook. I had the lunch buffet: bbq Chicken, corn bread, mac & cheese & black eyed peas. Yum Yum southern comfort food. All very tasty & well seasoned. And at a low locals friendly price. Chatted with the friendly owner. Nice guy. It will have a regular spot in my businesses lunch rotation. And I'll be trying their $3.99 breakfast special very soon. You should try it, too. Support local business!
