After troubleshooting on the phone, he came out the same day which was much appreciated as my car was stuck in the garage. He replaced the springs then went the extra mile to replace lightbulb, adjust the arm, and relocate the sensors. Polite and professional. I will call again if needed.

Don't waste your money on this guy!!! This company replaced my springs. A few months later, he replaced my opener. My garage floor was riddled with screws, wires, and other debris from his work, that I had to clean up. Since then, my door will open, then close about a foot, only to re-engage, and will repeat a few times before sopping at the open position. I have sent videos only to be told that my sensor needs adjusting. I have also left messages to ask that he return to adjust the spring tension. Now, twice in the last week, my garage door will randomly open in the middle of the night..... Specifically tried to do business with a small local company. Now I regret it. Probably will have to pay someone else to come and fix his poor quality of work...... Just need to decide if I will seek restitution through legal channels.

Our garage door was acting up so we gave Jim a call (after hours I may add) and I left a message. I wasn't expecting to hear back until the next day, however he called me within 15 minutes and spent almost 2 hours total on the phone with us to help us fix the problem. He was very knowledgeable and could have rushed us off the phone and told us to make an appointment, but he didn't; he was right there when we needed him. If my garage door goes on the fritz again, I know EXACTLY who to call!!!
