Our names are batman and robin. We stayed at your hotel in Myrtle Beach South Carolina. We stayed 7 days; the dates we stayed were from March 4th to March 11th. We stayed in Suite Numbers 317 and 318.
The stay was very unimpressive. The staff was horrible, the rooms were dirty, the food was undercooked, and the pool was filled with algae and mold. Together we had to change rooms three times because of MAJOR flaws in the rooms. The first room was filled with roaches, the second room had no water, and the last room was covered in blood stains. And even after all of these terrible things when we asked the manager for a discounted price for our stay he laughed in our faces and charged us more than we owed in the beginning. The best part of the stay was when we left, and never looked back.
The truth is, the stay was so unpleasant I have hired a team of individuals to protest outside your hotel, and if you still get business you can expect a call to the police and we will have you arrested for endangering the publics health.

We loved the location of the Bay View, right on the beach and close to everything. The indoor spa was a nice touch, such a relief to continue relaxing even if it's chilly out. The indoor pool and the lazy river also are great for little kids, too.
