These people are super nice....when you are handing them money. Don't ask for help with any situation though or you'll be labeled a trouble maker. You can, of course, move in, no questions asked, if you are a pimp, prostitute, crack-head, or drug dealer. Also, if 17 illegal immigrants want to stay in an efficency apartment and use our lovely swimming pool like a giant bathtub.
