Do NOT use then! I am normally very pleased with this Duraclean franchise and have used them for years. We have a 3 family owned inlet home and they cleaned Oct. 8. We always have them clean when we aren't there, as it's good for them and us. We trust them with our key code. We were not able to return to Garden City until Jan. 5, which is longer than normal. When I called, the owner wasn't professional enough to take the time to FaceTime to show the carpet, look at photos, or talk to me. Normally Brittany is very helpful and I didn't appreciate her attitude (not she mine, I'm sure) in that she wouldn't let me talk to the owner. She finally said she would call him and get back to me. He stood by his month policy and it didn't matter that NO ONE had been in the home during the time from Oct. 8 to Jan. 5. I understand that some people are dishonest and would take advantage. This is a home and not a rented condo. I am in contact with the franchise home office and hope that they will help me in some way.
